Steve Weiss: I’ve been marketing products online since I was a teenager – my first taste of entrepreneurial success was a multi-million dollar lead generation business before I’d even hit 20! The online landscape is constantly changing, which presents plenty of challenges, but also plenty of opportunities for savvy marketers and entrepreneurs. Over the last several years, I’ve seen the incredible opportunity that Facebook has presented to all kinds of businesses, so I started MuteSix to provide a high-quality, ROI-focused advertising service to businesses looking to grow through online sales. As a lifelong entrepreneur, it’s a great business to run – I get to help other entrepreneurs achieve success while growing a business of my own.
BusinessInterviews.com: Do you have any recent success stories that you’d like to share with our readers?
Steve Weiss: We’re seeing our work recognized publicly in several ways. We’ve had six case studies published this year about our work by Facebook, with more on the way, which has been a fantastic feather in our cap. We’re also in the highest partner tier available (Premier Google Partner) in Google’s new partner structure, so we’ve got our two biggest channels very well-covered when it comes to third-party validation.

Steve Weiss: The biggest challenge most businesses face is acquiring new customers. There are plenty of channels out there – Facebook, Snapchat, Google search, etc. – but it requires a lot of work and skill to acquire customers profitably at scale. We work with companies to help them do that, primarily on Facebook and Instagram, and have carved out a great reputation as one of the best Facebook advertising firms around.
BusinessInterviews.com: What’s the most exciting thing on the horizon for you/your Company?
Steve Weiss: We are growing quickly and seeing our success recognized publicly. Our team has more than doubled in size in 2016 and, as mentioned in a previous answer, we’ve had six case studies about our work produced this year alone by Facebook with more in development. We should have case studies with Google and Outbrain by the end of the year as well.

Steve Weiss: I consider myself successful, but I never let that create a sense of complacency – there is always room for improvement, and success can always be fleeting. My mantra on success is to celebrate wins while staying vigilant.

Steve Weiss: As a specialist agency, we’re in the preferable position of having few direct competitors, though there are several companies that do what we do in addition to other services. MuteSix is seen as a premium option in our space – we’re neither the cheapest nor the most expensive option, but we’re the company you work with if you’re serious about acquiring customers.
