Charles Lubbat: It is just so rewarding to work with such energetic and enthusiastic entrepreneurs, especially since I have a deep understanding of how to overcome the host of challenges entrepreneurs frequently face. Since founding Lubbat Consulting I’ve helped so many startups achieve their potential by providing comprehensive service offerings pertaining to front-end development, design, digital marketing, and human resources, just to name a few.

BusinessInterviews.com: What has been your biggest challenge as a business owner and how have you met that challenge?

Charles Lubbat: It has been something of a surprising revelation that so many startup entrepreneurs do not properly utilize some of the most critical business tools at their disposal, especially when it comes to creating highly accurate forecasting models or analyzing vital business metrics. This is one of the many challenges I’ve encountered when working with early-stage companies, but I’ve adapted my services to ensure that forecasting models and data analytics are included among my core offerings.

Charles Lubbat: At the present moment, there are several startups I’ve been working with that I feel are poised to achieve very big things in a very brief period of time, and I am always excited to see a company I’ve worked with realize its full potential. We are also considering our options with regard to the possibility of expansion, and while we are excited about the potential opportunities made possible by expansion, we also understand the necessity of engaging in a process of thorough and thoughtful analysis.

Charles Lubbat: Our core mission is one that I find deeply satisfying and I believe that the services Lubbat Consulting provides in service of our mission will continue to be especially crucial to the success of any startup venture. As a result, my vision for the company’s future revolves around sustainable growth and a deep commitment to our core mission and values.

BusinessInterviews.com: Do you consider yourself successful and by what means do you measure success?

Charles Lubbat: I am incredibly grateful that my business allows me to spend so much time with my lovely wife and our three daughters, so even though I work exceptionally hard in service of my consulting clients, the ultimate measure of my success — in my eyes, of course — is the amount of quality time spent in the company of my family made possible because of my company’s achievements in working with early stage startup endeavors.
